We are seeking motivated, responsible, and highly communicative team members who will provide exceptional service to our international clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Responding to inquiries from international customers via email and telephone.
- Providing accurate information and high-quality support in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintaining effective communication and ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Following internal procedures and contributing to the overall efficiency of the customer service process.
Qualification Requirements
- Excellent command of the Spanish language (written and spoken).
- Strong computer literacy and ability to work with standard software tools.
- High sense of responsibility, punctuality, and attention to detail.
